Abstracts submissions are closed. Thanks for the immense response.

  • All delegates presenting a paper ( oral/ poster) during the conference must necessarily be registered for the conference.
  • Extension of date for the abstract submission
  • The abstracts submitted for HISICON 2018 must adhere to the following requirements to maintain uniformity :
i. The abstract font must be Times New Roman and the font size should be 12.
Fonts and font sizes other than this will be rejected and sent back for reformatting.
ii. The format of the abstract should be as follows :

        a. Title of the paper
        (Leave one line )

        b. Name of the author/s and affliations
        (* Please underline the name of the presenting author)
        *Presenting author must be registered for the conference
         ( Leave a line )

        c. Aim and Objective of the study
        (Leave one line)

        d. Materials and Methods
        (Leave one line )

        e. Results
        (Leave one line )

        f. Conclusions
  • Abstracts must not exceed 400 words.
  • Please indicate a preference for oral or poster paper at the upper right hand corner of the abstract submitted
  • All abstracts need to submitted as a soft copy to the E mail id and mark a copy to
  • The last date for abstract submission is 1st August 2018

Abstract review, selection and publication

  1. All abstracts will be peer reviewed by a scientific committee appointed by the conference secretariat
  2. An abstract may be selected for oral / poster paper presentation after review by the members of the scientific committee. The decision of the scientific committee would be final
  3. The presenting author will receive an intimation from the conference secretariat regarding the acceptance of the abstract for oral/ poster paper presentation by E mail.
  4. Rejection of the abstract will also be communicated on the same E mail id. Hence it is mandatory for the presenting author of all abstracts submitted to be registered for the conference and also send us a valid E mail id for communication .
  5. Further information on the oral / poster sessions , date, time and the format etc will be sent out to the respective delegates
  6. All accepted abstracts will be published in the conference abstract book
